Screen changing scenes on its own

After installation, the Touch Screen seems to be possessed, and it is changing scenes own its own

What causes that?
How do I fix it?

This situation can occur when the electrical ground is excessively noisy. The solution is to isolate the touchscreen from the backbox by using nylon screws and washers to fully isolate the screen from the backbox. This is a simple resolution to the problem of the screen changing on it's own, ex: phantom touches and the like. However, the trade off is that your static discharge threshold is significantly reduced.
