There are several places where the serial number may be accessed.
In all products, the serial number is also the MAC address of the device.
The A8820/EMHXD has two Ethernet ports, and it utilizes the Ethernet port 1's MAC address as the serial.
The EMH serial numbers--
The devices will look like this (not to scale):
When purchased in our UL508A solution, they may look similar to this but may not include the green label on the front of the panel. There is an S/N field on the front of the green label - please continue using one of the other listed methods above to locate the appropriate serial number.

The EMH serial numbers--
- are alpha numeric
- are 12 characters long
- start with “001EC6” or “0050C2"
- but are not starting with 001EC60D____"
