Open loop daylight harvesting

Just looking for some information regarding the numerator/denominator ratio when creating an open loop daylight harvesting setup. How does the numerator correspond in relation to the denominator? Is there a minimum and maximum range for this? Does it act as a percentage? eg: 50/100 for 50%

There is currently no documentation concerning the parameters you see in Trigger Point Photocell configuration screen. Installers use their own rules-of-thumb.
