How do we handle room combine with DRC and occupancy sensors?

Although there are more elegant ways in development to address this, the best way to handle it at this point in time is to use a KCLCM combine closure interface to execute a channel level combine. Any sensors would be connected together in parallel using a smart pack (DRDD7) or multi-channel relay (DRDDS) where the configured channels would become part of the combine.
