Can Voltage Barriers be used between power supply and first relay?

Can voltage barriers be used between the power supply in the upper portion of the cabinet, and, the first relay? This would be useful when you have a 347V relay but only a 120V power feed.
 
Yes! The voltage barrier can be inserted above the the first relay which in effect will isolate the power supply input from the first relay. The barrier also can be inserted in between any other two relays. See photo below for example installation in the upper right hand corner of a 24 relay cabinet.
