The majority of A8814 EMH+ that were purchased with CTs left the factory as a calibrated set to further enhance measurement accuracy. As such, the LCD touchscreen is locked out from CT input setting adjustment since they are a married set.
To allow adjustment to the CT configuration of the meter, you will need to log into the web interface of the A8814 to disable CT Calibration.
This is located here:
Devices > Device List > 250 (Internal Meter) > Configure > Advanced > "CT Calibration"
Disable the calibration, then click 'Save Advanced'.
Now from the LCD touchscreen or returning to the Advanced section in the web interface, you may adjust the CT configuration.
