How do I locate my HUB serial number (MAC address)?

There are several places where the serial number may be accessed.

In all products, the serial number is also the MAC address of the device.
The A8820/EMHXD has two Ethernet ports, and it utilizes the Ethernet port 1's MAC address as the serial.

The EMH serial numbers are--
• alpha numeric
• 12 characters long
• Starts with “001EC6” or “0050C2”,

We sell some of these part numbers as a solution within UL508A enclosures. Those have a serial of their own on the enclosure nameplate that start with “001EC60D" and are not associated with the HUB serial.

The devices will look like this (not to scale):

When purchased in our UL508A solution, they may look similar to this but may not include the green label on the front of the panel.
