Is de-rating required when specifying DRC Phase Dimmer?

Can a single 2.5A channel at 120V handle the full 300W load? Could a single-channel configuration handle the full 1200W?

No derating is required on DRDDP. The supported LED load is documented in the product manual: on the specification line "LED, CFL, & Electronic Ballast" which can be found at https://www.leviton.com/en/docs/DI-002-DRDDP-00B-W.pdf.
