Daylighting Priorities using Sapphire Touch Screen as Controller

How does one set daylighting priorities when a Sapphire Touch Screen (TS007) is the sole room controller? For instance, if the ambient light level is below the target, but the occupant would prefer to switch off the lights entirely, how do they keep the photocell from turning the lights back on?

Sapphire daylighting works in a "cap at target" mode meaning it will allow the user to set any level from off to target, but, not go above target.

Is this an extra setting on sapphire or does it work automatically with GreenMAX relay and GreenMAX drc?

It's a setting on the daylighting zone within GreenMAX DRC. The options are either "Cap at Target" or "Overrride Allowed." You want it set at Cap at Target.
