Configuring an EMH for Log File Export or EnertraxDL

When using either option for collecting data with your EMH, the following configuration changes are needed. After completing the configuration change, we recommend trying the log file export or EnertraxDL feature after 15 minutes (default log cycle) and then one day later. This will help you with getting acquainted with data files and recorded log format.

Please see the notes below for more details to consider before proceeding.

Notes:

• Any logs that have not uploaded to channel #1 previously will be made available for download after configuration is complete.
• Any logs that have not uploaded on channels #2-4 won't be accessible via Log File Export or EnertraxDL.

Configuring your A7810/A8810/A8812/A8814: Log into your EMH with your PC using a web browser Browse to Log File Data > Setup / Upload Disable upload channels #2-4. Enable channel #1 Select protocol "Obvius Building Manager Online (default)" Name the Upload URL with any description to note log file export feature is being used Password field left blank Selective Upload should be blanked. For advanced users, you may configure this with guidance from the help link. Click the Apply button. The page will refresh and if you left selective upload blank, you should now see "(all)" written into that field.

Configuring your EMHXD and EMHSP: Log into your EMH with your PC using a web browser Browse to Uploads Go to tab "Upload Channels" Disable unused channels #2-4 Enable channel #1 Select protocol "Store in internal flash (default)" Blank out the selective upload field. "(all)" will be shown in faint lettering if you click into the field and it is blanked out. Click Apply.
