Leviton Copper Patch-Cords Voltage Proof Rating

Adventurer

Are Leviton patch-cords rated to withstand a specific voltage level (300v, 600v, 1000v, etc.)?

As indicated on the product specification sheets, our copper patch cables are manufactured to meet the relevant TIA and/or ISO standards, which include requirements for minimum voltage proof rating of 1000V DC. This rating is a measure of the product’s ability to maintain material integrity during brief periods of high-voltage transient signals being applied, and is not intended to describe a capability of sustained high-voltage application.
