Yes, Leviton offers UL 1449 3rd edition listed Tamper Resistant Surge Receptacles. The following 15A and 20A catalog numbers are available:
T5280-x
T5380-x
T7280-x
T7380-x
T8280-x
T8380-x

    Leviton does not offer a surge receptacle that can be reset. After taking a surge hit it will still fuction as a standard receptacle but it will not provide surge protection.
