WIRING FOR THE T5225 SWITCH

TO WIRE A T5225 SWITCH WITH ONE SOURCE.  DOES THE WHITE BOTH INCOMING AND OUTGOING GO TO THE SILVER SCREW AND HOT BLACK GOES TO THE BLACK SCREW AND THE BLACK WIRE TO THE LIGHT GOES TO THE GOLD SCREEW ABOVE THE SILVER SCREW?
