Warranty Address

We have a PS200 that is still under warranty that needs to be sent in for repair.  UPS is saying that the address in the instruction booklet is not valid any longer.  It is in Little Neck New York.  What is the correct address to send the PS200 in to for warranty service.  Thanks.
