Why does a node have to be powered off and on to pass a network rediscovery?

I am doing a Network rediscovery on a 126 node network trying to improve the network performance. I have done the rediscovery several times at different levels from -3db to – 7 db. One node will not pass unless the breaker for the node is powered off and on several times. Any suggestions?

Are there any issues controlling the node manually? Also try to do the rediscovery just for that specific node in the advanced menu.
