VRC0P-1LW control of VRCZ4-MR LED indicators

I would like to use my VRC0P to control the color (Green, Red, Orange and None) of the LED indicators on several VRCZ4s associated with a common lighting load. Specifically, I would like to coordinate colors across all VRCZ4s as: Green (On), Orange (Off, serves as "nightlight" button locator) and Red (Z-wave node fault). What are the VRC0P SE (Send) commands for each color and for each button?
This capability will allow me to find, in the dark, the correct button among four without waking my wife by pushing the wrong one and thereby would make my life (and hers) easier. Thanks.
The LED colors are not customizable on any of the Vizia RF+ devices.
My impression access to the LED indicators was available is due to the Leviton_LED_Debugging Wiki entry at the MiCasaVerde.com website (wiki.micasaverde.com/index.php/Leviton_LED_Debugging). Perhaps I drew the wrong conclusion but the Wiki entry certainly seems to imply the indicators can be controlled. Should my next step be contacting MiCasaVerde directly? I really could have used the "nightlight" capability last night.
Thanks.
Yes, it appears that when using Micasaverde it allows the capability to change the LEDs on the VRCZ4-MR, VRCS4-MR and VRCZ4-M0.
Currently, the LEDs for the VRCZ4-MR, VRCS4-MR and VRCZ4-M0 are only customizable when using Micasaverde.
Just to confirm: neither the current VRC0P-1LW nor the future VRC0P-1LW with the version 4.52 Z-wave library will be able to control the VRCZ4-MR LED indicators -- is this correct? If it is correct, would you please explain why neither VRC0P-1LW version has this capability. Thanks.
The future version of the interface module would have the capability. There is a possibility, based on demand, of that being a configurable feature through the Vizia RF+ installer tool.
Great! How can I and other interested Leviton customers register our demand for this capability?
Just send an email to rfinstallertool@leviton.com.
What is the syntax for controlling the LED state via a VRC0P +3? I'm guessing this option is available now since the newer VRC0P has been released?
Currently, there is no way to control the LED state via the VRC0P.
I also thought the LEDS were controlable. This should be a definite capability of the scene controllers since once the scene is off, the scene switches are not visable in the dark. They should be at a different color when the scene is off and the LED's should also be a different color or blinking if one of the loads in a scene is turned off. There is no way to know which scene was initially turend on when one load was turned off. and it is a guessing game when it is time to turn the scene off.
It would also be very useful to be able to get the state of the LEDs. Currently, if an off button is pressed, the controller knows that an off button is pressed but has no way of knowing which of the 4 off buttons was pressed. Having access to the state of the LEDs will allow a controller (such as HomeSeer) to know what button was just turned off. This will allow an event in the controller to be triggered by an off button press. For details see http://forums.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=138177 .
The Cooper controller provides this functionality and is very useful.
