Leviton Router & Switch and PoE

I'm adding a PoE switch to my setup to connect a number of IP Cameras.  I'd like to connect the PoE switch to the Leviton switch I already own.  Can the PoE switch damage the (non-PoE) Leviton switch?

Why is my picture dim when using the MOS VGA modules?

This is caused by the impedance balancing internals of the connectors. Adjust contrast higher on equipment. Adjusting contrast is a by product and has no ill effects.
