      <title>VPT24 display flashing</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:8d065fe2-db7e-46c7-ac53-4bc979c61543] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I installed the VPT24-1PZ according the wiring instructions and programmed the switch.&amp;#160; Everything worked perfectly for about 2 weeks.&amp;#160; When I decided I wanted to change the programming, I open the cover and when I pressed the "set" button the display went blank.&amp;#160; After a few minutes it started flashing, faster and faster until it was back to the full display, however it is not working and if I touch any of the button it goes back blank and then stats flashing again.&amp;#160; What is wrong and how can this be fixed? &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:8d065fe2-db7e-46c7-ac53-4bc979c61543] --&gt;</description>

      <title>Help installing VPT24-1P Timer switch</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:52be9e6a-e742-4706-aa27-db2787e601d0] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;THis is what I am seeing inside my box in the wall -&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;A copper ground wire&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;A black wire&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A red wire&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;on this new unit I see the following&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;green wire - I am pretty certain this connects to the copper wire in the wall&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;a black wire - which I assume connect to the black wire in the wall&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;A red wire - (which I would have assumed went to the red wire in the wall but I saw a youtube video where the guy said to not use this wire in a single pole install&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;I have a yellow and red wire - which I am also fairly certain I do nothing with &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;White mystery wire&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My question is - do I connect the Red to the Red - and then just cover the White wire and have it do nothing&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Or do I connect the white wire to the red wire and then put a cover on the red wire like the youtube guy did.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Liz&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:52be9e6a-e742-4706-aa27-db2787e601d0] --&gt;</description>

      <title>LTB60 does not function properly.  Fan stays on continuously</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:f461648e-f761-43f5-9bd2-197616f31aae] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Have a three device box in the powder room.&amp;#160; One for light, one for outlet and one for overhead exhaust fan.&amp;#160; Removed the fan device and found two wires; one from hot (black) gang and one to fan.&amp;#160; Connected black wire to the hot (black) gang, green wire to ground gang, white wire to neutral (white) gang and red wire to wire that goes to the fan.&amp;#160; The green light on the bottom of the timer stays on and the fan stays on.&amp;#160; Timer function does not seem to work.&amp;#160; No way I can turn fan off unless I disconnect red wire to the fan.&amp;#160; Any ideas?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:f461648e-f761-43f5-9bd2-197616f31aae] --&gt;</description>
