VPI06 and companion dimmer

The wiring diagrams included with the VPI06 state the Load must be in the box with dimmer, and the Line must be in the box with matching remote.

In my situation, I have both the Line and Load in the same junction box with a 3-conductor wire leading to remote dimmer box.

Can I still use the Vizia+ dimmers?

I think the only catch will be that the LED's won't illuminate on the matching dimmer.

VRI10-1LZ Factory Reset Issue

I have recently installed a VRI10-1LZ dimmer switch and am attempting to pair with a MiCasaVerde Vera 2 controller. The switch works fine and dims properly at the switch but I am unable to discover the switch when in include mode on the controller. I have followed the factory reset instructions that came with the switch (engage the air-gap switch for 5 seconds abd press the pad back into the frame and hold the push pad until the locator light truns amber/red) but the locator light never changes color to indicate a reset. It just cycles the green LED on and off. Any ideas?

What Leviton lighting control products, specifically architectural grade wall box type dimmers, are ELV for LED dimming? Are all Leviton occupancy sensors compatible with these LED dimmers?

Vizia RF Plus Dimmer VRI10 -1L gets very hot?

I installed some Vizia RF Plus dimmers the work just fine but it seems to get very hot is this normal?

I looked at the load but the load does not exceed the dimmers wattage.

Has anybody experienced the same issue is this normal or not?

I believe these are all 120v 600VA without indicator LED.

6673 vs 6668, phase control fluorescent dimming

The 6668 has been around for a while and it is marketed for use with Advance Mark 10 Two Wire dimmer. It also lists Philips Marathon and Earthlight, which are CFLs.

If the 6668 can dim those CFLs and Advance Mark 10 and 6673 can dim "dimmable CFLs", can I dim Advance Mark 10, Lutron TuWire, or OSRAM SYLVANIA PowerSense phase control two wire dimming ballasts with 6673?

I believe the 6668 has been around longer when Earthlight was the only dimmable CFL. Since 6673 doesn't exclude Philips Marathon or Earthlight, it seems logical to be able to use 6673 with Lutron Tu-Wire and the like. If I'm willing to adjust it using manual mode as given in instruction would it work?

In OSRAM SYLVANIA's dimming ballast sell sheet, it says

"2. Power-line controls must be rated for the type (e.g. Fluorescent Phase-control) and size
(e.g. 600W, 1000W, 1500W & 2000W etc.) of the connected load. Do NOT use incandescent
power-line controls; incandescent dimmers are not rated for fluorescent loads and are NOT
compatible with POWERSENSE ballasts."

Vizia RF+ discovery

Just installed Vizia RF+ scene capable switches. When I use the remote to try to connect to them, it is unable to discover them. The only item I have been able to connect to is a scene capable plug. I am putting the remote into discover node mode and then turning the switch on. What am I missing?
